A great half day trip with beautiful scenery

Filerimos was the highlight, the views from the cross and the archaeological park are amazing. The peacocks are fun too. I knew there would be no butterflies in Butterfly Valley in October, but it is still a nice walk by the clear stream and it’s mini falls - uphill but shaded by trees. But you can’t really see beyond the valley. The trip was well organised and I think it was value for money overall.

We enjoyed both places, and the driver was excellent. Despite there beyan absence of butterflies at the time year the valley is a beautiful place. There are goats, crabs and lizards. To improve the trip, an additional 30 minutes at the Butterfly Valley would have been good as there wasn't really sufficient time in which to walk the full length of it and experience the nature at the same time.
