La recepción fue buena desde la llegada. Caminamos alrededor de las bodegas y el museo con una guía entusiasta (Celia) que combinó el interés con un profundo conocimiento del proceso y la historia de la bodega. Sentía que había tiempo para responder a preguntas que provocaron otros temas fascinantes. La prueba del vino y el brandy tuvo también las indicaciones necesarias para entender algo más de las sutilezas del sabor y el aroma de los productos. ¡Un tiempo muy agradable!
