Luca was an awesome market guide and culinary teacher. He lead us around the mercato centrale and introduced us to a wide variety of venders from whom we sampled some delicious morsels. He was funny and engaging while showing us his skill in the selection of ingredients for the meal we were going to prepare. Our group boarded a bus and headed up into the estate neighborhood where the farm kitchen was located. There we met Erika and the rest of the team. What a grand view! The kitchen workshop was clean and beautiful. The team did a great job helping us prepare our delicious food. We were introduced to great techniques to create a full 3 course Italian meal with desert. Of course, wine was served throughout while we consumed the various parts of our meal. It was a masterclass of fun and practical entertainment for any foodie! what a great experience! We love you Luca!

Wow what a fun & interesting day! From meeting the amazing Luca to the mercado tour to the trip to the villa. The entire experience was very well organized. Always thought making pasta would be complicated - not so! Erika & Luca make a fantastic team taking you through all the steps. Loved the bruschetta we made and the main course was outstanding. Ending on the sweet note of our handmade tiramisu was perfect.

Over the top amazing experience today! Lucca was absolutely the most entertaining, knowledgeable and fun guide. Erika his co-chef was also so kind and amazing. This was one of the best highlights of our trip. Well organized event from start to finish! Cooking instruction was seamless, food was amazing and the country side views breathtaking! Do this tour!!
