I used the service for umrah stopover, so back and forth I used the service. No need to worry for dropping off at masjidil haram, they will recommend and drop you off at nearest location to the masjidil haram and if you use the service to go back to the airport, they will pick you up at the same spot. No hassle. Mr. Mahmoud was in charge of me, he was so nice, kind, polite, and very friendly. He even served me with snacks during the trip back and forth. I'll use the same service next time when I come back

Very convenient. The team and the car handler really guide and ensure you on how to make the best of the meeting and the trip. They will pick us up the the shuttle bus parking area so it's convenient for both of us the customer and the car handler. Whatsapp communication also very responsive. The car handler was really nice, polite, and actually great to converse with. I should have learned more about the local language. :)
