Race Weekend Context
Best on Friday morning before Practice 1 (start by 9:30am, finish by noon). The 2.5-hour SUP/kayak session on Biscayne Bay captures Miami's coastal energy and gives fans a relaxed pre-race warm-up. Avoid Saturday/Sunday as timing gaps are tighter and race-weekend adrenaline makes a leisurely paddle less appealing.
