I really enjoyed the sushi making class! Our instructor, Yuka, was an amazing teacher and she explained everything very well. I have celiac disease, and they were great about making sure I had gluten free soy sauce, that there was no cross contamination between my dishes and other students, and used gluten free ingredients for everything that the group was sharing.
