My friend and I had the MOST amazing experience learning how to make sushi with these two amazing sushi chefs (I’m so sorry I forgot your names!!). They were so fun and taught us so much about sushi and Japanese culture! They were so kind and funny! Thank you for teaching us guys, we’d definitely go back when we come back to Osaka! Everyone should absolutely try this awesome class!

The experience and guides were top tier and that gave a little run down of the history of sushi, where the names came from, how it was originally eaten and when/ who it was targeted for. They demonstrated and assisted so well it was a calm, fun and informative experience. Both guides made great efforts to have conversations with us and have fun along the way which was great! Only ‘down side’ which still was not bad was the seafood wasn’t extremely fresh however it was still good.
