My hike in the Buda Hills was outstanding and a relaxing break from sightseeing in the city. The trails are easy to access by bus and the views are amazing. Laszlo is a wealth of information about the trees, plants, birds and history of the former royal hunting grounds and his enthusiasm is contagious. Hearing the history of the WWll bunkers, trenches and graves we passed added another dimension to this tour. It totally surpassed my expectations and I will look for another one of his tours on my next visit.
Great guide. Share lots of knowledge about nature and you get to learn some fun facts. Amazing viewpoints with great panorama that you don't have to work too hard for. The walk is also suitable for kids and teenagers and for all fitness levels. I booked without lunch because it's not needed for the duration of the tour. Bring a water bottle because you can fill it up there. Lazlo has many more tours that can only be booked on his website. (of course without the 25% fee for this app). Find the organizer on Instagram if you need to get a first impression. I will book his other tours on my next trip to Budapest.
