Excellent, Robert was a brilliant guide. Really knowledgeable, his English is excellent and really attentive. The zoo trip was worth it just to see pandas (a lifelong dream to see them for real) and the boat ride was lovey with lots of great shops to buy souvenirs different to the 'normal' things. Lunch was also really nice and worth a couple of picky eaters they still ate everything! A great day overall and would highly recommend the tour and Robert specifically.

The tour is definitely worth it! The zoo has the famous pandas and many other amazing animals. The city itself is very welcoming, and the boat ride is extremely pleasant. It was also a great opportunity to buy really nice and affordable souvenirs. Robert, our guide, took us to a store with genuine pearls and another place where we engraved my mother’s name on a stone, which made the trip even more special. Having a guide who is fluent in English, patient, and knowledgeable truly makes a difference. You can book this tour with confidence
